Individual Therapy

Something isn't quite right. Maybe it's been building for a while. Maybe something specific has happened. Either way, you've reached the point where just getting on with it isn't working anymore.

A lot of the people I work with are good at holding things together. Capable, competent, the person others lean on. Others have struggled quietly for a long time and are only now making space for themselves. Some arrive knowing exactly what they want to work on. Most don't.

You don't need a diagnosis or a neatly formed problem to get in touch. A feeling that something isn't right is enough.

People come to me carrying all kinds of things. Persistent anxiety that won't shift. Burnout that's crept up slowly. Looking fine from the outside. Not fine on the inside. The exhaustion of being needed by everyone, all the time. The pain of loss. A relationship under strain. Sometimes life just stacks up: redundancy, divorce, losing a parent, being one. Feeling stuck or losing yourself under everything you're managing.

The work is collaborative and open-ended. We go at your pace, without a fixed agenda or a set number of sessions.

The free 20-minute introductory call is a chance to talk briefly about what's brought you here, get a sense of how I work, and see whether we feel like a good fit. No preparation needed.
